"Bought a house in late 2020 and let me tell you idk how this man sleeps at night. We knew that fixer uppers usually have hidden gems but nothing like we could imagine here. They tied into previous termite damage and water damage. He hired literal crack heads and unlicensed contractors to do the work and I was told by neighbors after investigating the type of men that worked on the home. When we seen the house at first sight it look good everything was staged to look as so. Not even two years in everything was falling apart. We got a roof leak, busted pipes, cracked floors, mold damage from covered up work, no insulation in certain part of home etc. I could literally type a book on how bad this house was before I actually dumped 20k of my own money into the home. I don’t recommend this rat. He should lose his license. I’ll be praying for him."

Wouldn’t return my calls or texts, also didn’t mention an encroachment to my realtor at all during the process but was happy to take commission at the end for doing nothing. "If I could give 0 stars, I would. My recently retired 71 year old Aunt sold her house in Ohio to move to Pensacola to be close to family. During our initial meeting, my mother and I were both present with my Aunt and the realtor she was referred to, Janet. We expressed our concern that since she only received 160k for her house in Ohio, and that is all of her life savings, she not be shown anything above the price range 130k. We were animate that she needs money in the bank to retire. This realtor waited until she knew my mother and I were out of town to show my Aunt a house that would take up her whole life savings. She knew this was out of her price range, and showed her anyway. With my Aunt eager to be in her own house, and very susceptible to influence as she ages, she signed an offer. If there was a definition for taking advantage of the elderly, this would be it. This realtor, in my honest opinion, is unethical and I would not recommend any one use this office for their home buying needs."
