"I don't remember the name right off hand I can look on my paperwork when we purchase the home in March 1998..Mr. Rudy I wants to say. He were a nice agent He search around during that day. . to make sure we were satisfied with the home , finally I saw one that I liked and went to the bank and paid cash still today we are living there, I were heart broken when I found out He passed away all other associates were very polite and helpful my suggestion is letting people know when I purchase an home every one were so nice and respectful. Wow I just saw his name on file: Bill Rawls the one assistant us with the home : May Peace be unto him. My oldest son were in his late 20's when we bought the home He has passed away May 12th 2024 at the age of 54. I"

"Called the number I saw on the listing and asked for Dan Hansen. He verified that I was speaking to the right person, although he answered the phone with no professionalism. It sounded as of he had just rolled out of bed. I let him know that I had seen a listing for a set of three buildings. He asked which one, so I described the listing. He still didn't seem to know what I was talking about, so I gave the address range as it was in the listing. He said verbatim, "the seller has accepted an offer" then proceeds to hang up on me. To say I was shocked would be an understatement. I feel so bad for the seller if it turns out that they don't know the way he's been interacting with interested buyers. He's DEFINITELY not getting them the best possible deal, nor doing his due diligence, I know that for sure. What a turn off. Good riddance to him."

"I visited this place on Nov. 19th to inquire about available rentals. My first red flag was the outside appearance, which looks like the place is falling apart (I'm of the firm belief that if you can't maintain your business's appearance, how can you maintain a property?). My second red flag was when I went inside: there was no one to be seen. In fact I had to look around in about 3 or 4 rooms, having free rein of the place, until I found a man in his office on the phone. I knocked on his door to get his attention, and he looked at me surprised, like I wasn't supposed to be there - granted, I had been yelling "hello" from the lobby for about 2 minutes when I entered the place. I asked about any properties available, and he gruffly said "there's nothing available" in an annoyed manner, even though, at the time of this writing, the properties I was inquiring about are still up and "available". I was not a fan of his "professionalism" and decided I would not be doing any business with this place. For this company, I would recommend cleaning the place up a bit - first impressions and all. I would also recommend locking your door when you're not available to help customers, so that they don't walk in when you don't know they're not there. And I'd also recommend NOT talking to prospective customers like they're an annoyance. That might help you stay in business. For those looking for a house to rent, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Red flags galore. This will be 1 of the Last Choices I'll make for a rental management company."

"Giving this 1 star is a terrible over exageration as it does not deserve that. Lisa was completely unprofessional. I did a drive by before I contacted her and then I left a message stating such and asking for an appointment. She calls me back stating obvious information I already had in a tone that was very unprofessional and I sensed she would rather be doing something else. She asked if I had a cat and requested a photo of my cat in order to discuss an appointment. I text her a photo of my cat and her texts that proceeded were ridiculously unprofessional. Ultimately I did not view the property despite being on the property when I said I would be. She required I called her to re-confirm the appointment an hour before, even though we made the appointment the day before so it's not like it was days in advance. I forgot to call at the hour as I had been viewing multiple properties which I had informed her. I contacted her 30 minutes before our appointment and continued to call and text her the remaining 30 minutes. Just after the hour she responded "I did not get confirmation call so I would not be there sorry." I informed her that I did not need to come back. I feel bad for anyone trying to sell their homes through this agent/company as business is DEFINITELY not her priority."
