"Such an easy process from start to finish. I ordered a hot press bright/borderless print as a test print, and it came out fantastic. The colors matched what I drew exactly. It was like reaching into my ipad drawing app and pulling out a full print. They also shipped it in indestructible packaging which I greatly appreciated. "Seamless, flawless processes for design and shipping. The Stackhouse exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. I wanted to print off some samples of my work to compare formats and after the initial order, I realized that I had mistakenly chosen a gloss paper. The next day, I ordered addition prints, adding a note asking to combine with the previous order. Keep in mind, I had never used The Stackhouse before. The day after that, I received an email informing me that they had refunded the shipping costs on one of the orders. Nice touch, as I wasn't expecting it. A few days later I received confirmation that the orders had shipped and when looking at the tracking numbers, the orders had indeed been shipped under one manifest. Wow. Somebody actually got it right. I think we have grown accustomed to poor communication and brace ourselves for not whether something is going to go wrong, but just WHAT is going to go wrong. Not with these folks. In addition, the prints arrived nearly a week ahead of schedule. The packaging demonstrated a quality level of care and the protection provided again, exceeded my expectations. The prints were individually sleeved and a sticker affixed to identify the various types of papers for the prints. Simply couldn't be happier! Oh.. final though... costs are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the product. Thank you!!!"
