"Today was my touch up appointment for nano brows, as well as the addition of permanent freckles. I cannot compliment or congratulate Melissa enough in words; there’s no doubt as to why she’s booked and successful! Her studio is spacious, inviting, and well decorated. On the far wall, she’s got numerous types of snacks and beverages, as well as a stocked ladies room, to include feminine necessities. The attention to detail from front door to the bathroom quietly exemplifies Melissa’s dedication to perfection, and a great experience. Her technique and knowledge is impressive. She explains everything in a professional, but light way, as if you’re speaking to a sister or friend. She is sanitary, informative, and takes into consideration her clients opinions, making for a custom result. She also thoroughly explains aftercare, and provides the necessary items to ensure the best healing (and she throws in a couple unnecessary items to show her clients some love: wine, mint, etc!). I honestly don’t think I could’ve made a better choice than Melissa and Pensacola PMU. Sarah (new at desk/estie) and Gellie (apprentice) were a great addition to the appointment. I had a great time! I look forward to future appointments! Thank you Melissa!"

Melissa and Caitlin are both super amazing and such lovely people to work with! They made making my decision super easy and were very thorough with explains everything in grate detail.
