"A complete waste of time. The staff is rude at best. I’m not going to name physicians asst or doctors names but all they do is have you buy supplements they sell or guide you to a pharmacy of there choice in Crestview, FL where the prices are high. They choose to communicate by text and your request are never followed up. I followed the directions given to me to a “ T” and I gained weight and felt worse. A complete waste of not only time as I stated but money as well."

After meeting with Dr. Lacz, he explained how hormones and the thyroid work together and I am happy to say it was a blessing to find someone I can trust with my health. They do not accept insurance, but the time they take with you, you feel like you are the only patient they have. They truly care and you are not just a number to them. If you are on the fence about having to pay cash, ask yourself what is your health worth to you? Dr. Lacz is worth every penny and my ins. does cover my lab work. KUDOS!"
