"Rude, arrogant, and condescending. Our one and only appointment with him and he had a young lady shadowing so I hope that means he’s close to retirement. Thankful we don’t need to see him again!"

"I took my daughter here because she has a bone condition that caused her leg pain and unable to bend her leg. I had taken her to the ER and follow up with this office. My daughter saw one Dr. first the female doctor who told me she saw the x ray and would order an mri for my daughter. That she would most likely need surgery to remove the bone tumors that were causing me daughter pain and unable bend her leg. After getting the the mri Dr. Killian calls and leaves me a voicemail stating that the injury was old and to follow up in 6 months. I was confused as my daughter still not bend her leg and was still in daily pain. Also he didn’t see my daughter the other Dr. did. When I called and questioned why one provider told me she’d need surgery, and now another is stating she doesn’t they told me they’d call me back. They didn’t I had to keep calling till I finally received a call back days later. When someone finally called me they told me that Dr. Killian said he spoke to me and told me they couldn’t help my daughter that she had to be referred out to a sports orthopedic doctor. I told her that I never spoke to Dr. Killian. That he left me a voicemail with different information. Never once did I speak to him. Or was told they couldn’t treat my daughter. Now my daughter has been in pain and unable to bend her leg for three months now. And still no referral or call from any Sports orthopedic doctor. I believe what happened was he didn’t like that I questioned why one provider told me one thing and he another. I was asking for clarification as I was confused about her treatment."

"Our three year old fractured his arm in two places which is obviously a nightmare for parents. Our ER recommended us to Dr. Killian and I couldn’t be more thankful! The office staff is so helpful and kind, the nurses and his staff are so very kind and warm and gentle. Cody and Melanie were the ones to cast his arm and they were so awesome! As scary of an experience of having your toddler break an arm is - they helped us navigate everything so easily. The reassurance and guidance on the process was excellent! I’m thankful we landed in the hands of Dr. Killian and his crew!"

"Dr. Killian is super friendly and his bedside manner is amazing. Even though my daughter left in a cast on each arm instead of just one arm, we left the office with smiles and not tears. I was glad though because Dr. Killian was thorough and caught a slightly broken wrist that no other doctor had detected. Thank you Dr. Killian!"
