"Negative stars if could. Went here last year got hearing aid and the small part (the dome) continues to get stuck in my ear. Their attitude is oh well i got 4 thousand dollars from you, you're done. Hearing aid (Resound) gives me constant issues will never recommend anyone to this place. Oh the wait time is terrible. I was five minutes late on one appointment due to traffic and they had to reschedule me even though I wait a minimum of 30 minutes for audiologist. One was because she was locked out of her office. Really? Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else unless ypu like paying high dollar for low service a hearing aid that fails to work within months of receiving and getting domes stuck inside your ear that you have to go to hospital to remove because you'll have to schedule an appointment a month out to see the ent across the way to remove it. Their lunch repair times are a joke, they never resolve tour issue or help with anything. To the company, please don't bother responding to this review I have called too many time to make this right and you never have. I getting another hearing to be out another 4 thousand dollars because of you and sorry doesn't cut it anymore. If I can save one person from you the review is worth it."

"Everyone is very professional, from the clerks to the providers. I saw Dr. Ashmore at the Hearing Center for a test and she was great. I told her I was nervous because I had heard the test is very uncomfortable; Dr. Ashmore was friendly and informative and talked to me during the test to help distract me. NP Byrd is also very friendly and listened to my symptoms and worked with me to make a plan of care. I haven’t had any issues here, and the facility is clean."

"I was very pleased with everyone and everything about my appointment. I barely waited at all and my appointment went like clockwork. I can't remember her name but the young lady that worked with me has a Marine pilot boyfriend. She is an exceptional employee. They place was spotless and the outside of the building even has ducks, turtles and fish. Exceptional service."
