"First and foremost my rating is definitely not towards the staff, the staff is wonderful and I definitely recommend going here. However, the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is for another reason, the choice for going to 3rd party for the shots definitely wasn't the right one at all, I had to wait like for 7 shipments for mine to finally show up, plus I'd also like to see the hours for shots to be better. Like instead of Fridays being mornings only, why not have Fridays like Mondays and Tuesdays? Cause it would make it easier for people like myself who's at a job where it'd be kinda difficult to be there on a Monday and Tuesday but it'd be easier on a Friday if it was also all day shots instead of mornings only. Now I'm only making this review like this due to their new hours which is also due to lack of staff, which is definitely understandable I have no objections on that, the only thing I wish for is that they have Fridays more open for the shots so people like me can go get it. Also again this review is not against the staff they are really good at what they do, this review is for the people making these choices on the changes."

"Took my son there today and from the moment we stepped in the door we were completely comfortable. My son had a lot of anxiety leading up to the appointment and Maria was fantastic at explaining every step and ensuring he was comfortable. Her patience is commendable as she had to explain a test multiple times. When Dr J came in, he was fantastic at going over everything and making sure we get my son on the right path. I am thankful for the entire staff and glad they are the right fit for us."

"From the moment I walked in and went to the counter to check in, I was greeted right away! The check in was a breeze. I waited for a few minutes and was called to the back and right away got my vitals and such. The young lady who did all that and then performed my allergy test was super cool, very knowledgeable, and down to earth. Doc was awesome!! He listened to my concerns and told me the plan of action to follow. I am very happy my PCP chose you guys for my allergy concerns. Looking forward to seeing you guys again!!!!"
