"HCA Florida in Doral is the absolute worse "emergency" care there is. My partner cut his finger and needed stitches, after waiting for 30 minutes in the ghost town of the lobby (receptionists told us to wait 10-15 to get our info taken) which they never did because ultimately we left. We arrived at 7:18PM and by 7:58, I hadn't spoken or seen a single working soul in this place. We immediately went to Baptist Urgent Care in Doral and within our arrival, we were tended to. By 8:58pm, my partner had his finger fixed and we were on our way to get food. The staff was amazing and the service was phenomenal. NEVER EVER WILL I GO TO THIS SAD EXCUSE OF A MEDICAL CENTER. The last place I would ever want to be taken to in case of an emergency is HCA FLORIDA IN DORAL. There is NOTHING emergency about this place. It's more like a minute clinic with 2 people working. And yes, you call yourselves EMERGENCY ROOM just to upcharge insurance companies/people. PATHETIC AND SAD. DO NOT EVER GO HERE"
