"To say this is a horrible system just to get blood is a compliment. What a disrespectful and uncaring process for people to go through. It’s so poorly managed, no hospital administrator would want their family to go through this process. You wait in line to say you’re here and lied to about it’s going to be 45 minutes to get in. You then wait again to get called to register which took 35 minutes. Then of course you sit back down and wait over an hour and 45 minutes to get called back for your specific test, ours was bloodwork and a urinalysis. It’s pathetic to have elderly people with health issues in no condition to be waiting nealry 2 hours when you come ready to use the bathroom for a test and get simple bloodwork. The checkin person needs to stop lying about a 45 minute wait, took nearly 2 hours for something that should take 15 minutes. Pathetically managed, we will never return to this place."

"The staff are friendly and professional. The issue is the waiting room . It is very small and people are sitting in close proximety. There is barely enough room for someone with a walker to navigate. People have to move to accommodate. Not a healthy environment. This should be Baptist Airport not hospital."
