"Don't expect to be seen in a timely fashion if you're a new patient. I showed up on time and filled out my paperwork quickly, and proceeded to wait almost an hour. Ultimately I decided to leave. I watched as many established clients came and went. I should have left the minute I saw a sign at check in bribing clients with a candy bar for a good review. Since I was waiting for a while, I also got to see how every new client was recommended the same treatment plan, which involves purchasing a monthly package. This place definitely has a franchise feel. I'd rather go to a small clinic that emphasizes individualized care and values their patients, established or new."
