But I needed a good heavy mechanical duty sewing machine and bought a great one after sewing with it. There are always issues with this machine that ruin my sewing projects. This is a fairly new machine and I was so excited to do a lot of embroidery with it but I dread starting a new project. The manager Lorri is very nice but not always available. I've never had trouble with a sewing machine like this one."
