"I hate writing reviews but the people that work in the Davis location are ignorant. All I needed was to buy a screen protector on my lunch break but was told I had to wait in a long line for a 2 minute purchase. Maybe have a self check out or MAYBE the girl that sitting there staring / doing nothing could have done a quick transaction for a customer. Drove to Best Buy instead and got immediate service. I will never go to T mobile ever again for anything. Nothing is quick or convenient there."
"Ok so after fighting with the Tmobile store in rockaway NJ who gets a zero rating after its employees literally chased my son and myself through the mall parking lot bc I was returning a tablet they told me was free and was not. He told me I had to mail it back. I told him no you gave it to me in this store u can dang well take it back here. I almost gave up on tmobile but this store and its wonderful employees redemed tmobile talked me into staying got me home wifi same day when cox told me a week plus $100. Tmobile was free same day !! I wound up adding another line and home internet all due to 2 employees that worked with me endlessly to ensure I was satisfied. Wish I would have gotten their names to tell management what a great assett they both are."

"This was one of the nicest T-Mobile stores I have visited. I am a long time customer, and I greatly appreciated the service I got. I came in only for a new screen protector. Trent was the tech who helped me, and he did an amazing job. He was very kind and made sure I was all taken care of in my time there. I will be driving out of my way to come to this store in the future. Thanks again to Trent, he is doing a phenomenal job, with 5Star customer service!"
