"I have had a very bad, very lengthy experience here. To top it off, a nurse this morning was extremely rude and dismissive of me. I had to yell just to be able to speak over her interruptions. I'll add her name to my complaint here and my official complaint against her license as soon as I get the information. The info is very hard to find. They don't have it posted. Either She was having a very bad day or she has received correction. That woman has stopped being nasty to me and I'm willing to forgive."
