"I had a horrible experience here. I placed an online order for pickup. I was the only person in line and the guy told me I had to have my ID. No problem, I told him I would be right back as it's just in my car. I came back less than 2 mins later and the guy was gone. I waited for no less than 10 mins and at this point there were 3 or 4 other guys behind me in line. There were other people at the desk working on their computer's and not one of them came to help us or even acknowledged us. Finally, I decided to just go buy the item I needed off the shelf and just cancel my order later. The second I walked away a guy magically appeared at the desk and asked to help the next person in line!!! Are you kidding me?? So I get back in line and wait AGAIN. Then the guy couldn't find my order so I had to wait even more. So a pickup that should've taken me 5 mins ended up taking 35 MINS! Never again."

"Bought a new phone from these guys. I got an Unlocked Android S24 Ultra with 1 terabyte storage. I am very happy with my phone and with the great service. For an extra 150.00, I became a best buy member and got insurance for it. Drop, spill, and break, on not only my phone but everything else we buy from them is covered too. They added that there's a option to extend the coverage after the year is up. How Awesome! No big cell carrier and insured phone. ♥️ Thanks."

"Clean store and good product availability, but most of the employees on the floor are not very willing to help. The last two times I've visited, the experience is akin to me as a woman going to a mechanic. I get spoken down to and treated as though I know nothing. For this reason, I have turned to other stores or online in order to avoid the interactions with the Best Buy floor employees."

"This review is between the store and the customer service I have recieved over the last 3 days. On Friday, I came to Best Buy and saw a graphics card that I was interested in. I called a clerk over and explained the I was interested in purchasing the graphics card and a new processor for my computer but had a couple questions. Whenever I asked him a question, he would not speak to me but would speak to my husband. I could not get an answer that was directed towards me. After installing the graphics card and processor, the next day, we had some issues and contacted Best Buy customer service. They said I could take my computer to Best Buy and have the geek squad look at it, FREE OF CHARGE. It was free because we had just purchased them not even 12 hours prior. We got to Best Buy, told them what we had done to troubleshoot and they then did the same things. After this they said it would be $150 for them to do anything else. I told them what customer service told me but they said they would charge me $100 instead. Anytime I try to call the STORE NUMBER I get sent to a generic customer service call center that cannot help me or answer my questions. I just wanted to ask some questions to the people who were looking at my computer. After emailing Best Buy corporate email, I got a generic computer response and cannot get a straight answer from anyone. Overall, don’t buy anything or take your devices to them. You’ll jump threw hoops and they’ll make you cough up more money before looking your way."
