Getting Started
To begin your journey with us, a physician referral is required. Once you have your referral, please call 972-669-7070 to schedule your initial evaluation appointment. We encourage you to arrive 30 minutes early for your appointment to allow time for parking and registration.
Appointment Preparation
For your comfort and convenience, we recommend wearing comfortable, easy-to-move-in clothing, such as workout attire. If your therapy focuses on a specific body part, please wear clothing that allows easy access to that area (e.g., shorts for knee issues or a sleeveless shirt for shoulder concerns).
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us 24 to 48 hours in advance. This courtesy allows us to accommodate other patients who may be waiting for an appointment.
