Welcome to the practice of Dr. Bharathy Sundaram, affectionately known as Dr. B, located in McKinney, TX. With a deep commitment to neurological health, Dr. B offers expert care in a variety of specialized areas. At our clinic, we provide advanced treatments, including Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) for Parkinson’s Disease and Tremors, and operate an Adult Epilepsy Video Monitoring Unit at the Texoma Medical Center in Denison, TX.
Dr. B is a distinguished neurologist, certified and recertified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She joined TIND in 1994 and has since made significant contributions to the field of neurology, particularly in Multiple Sclerosis, spasticity, movement disorders, epilepsy, and stroke. As the Director of the MS Clinic, Dr. B is dedicated to enhancing her patients' quality of life through innovative procedures and compassionate care.
Her pioneering work has brought complex neurological procedures to North Texas, often only available at major universities. Dr. B has played a crucial role in developing the stroke program at Texoma Medical Center, recognized for its excellence in stroke care in the Sherman/Denison region.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. B is married to Easwar, and they have three children attending colleges across the country. She finds joy in gardening, traveling, music, and practices Isha Yoga meditation. Dr. B also cherishes her time with her beloved dogs.
