"Terrible place! Bad customer service! They violate privacy of the patient. Recepcionist is rude and talks loud. Everybody in the room listens to your tests details, and your personal inssurance data and information. She answers the phone on speaker mode so, everybody in the waiting room listens to other patiens requests and medical issues. They charge US$600 even if you have insurance for a mamography! This is hilarious because everybody knows that insurance convers it 100% once a year. Never go yo this place! There are many other places for imagin services in the area! No visites este lugar!!"

"I had a 9 am appointment and felt bad about getting there at 9:01. I sat in an empty lobby for 40 minutes. The medical tec didn't get to walk in the building until 9:30. Didn't see me until 9:40. For me to be walking out at 9:50. The test went smoothly but the wait was annoying and unprofessional."

"If you're looking for the ABSOLUTE LOWEST PRICE imaging in South Florida in a safe and clean location- this is it! This is where you go if you have no insurance and want to pay the lowest out-of-pocket cash price, or if you DO have insurance, want to pay the lowest out-of-pocket price while STILL having it count towards your deductible. Most other places charge a lower price for cash vs. insurance- this one doesn't play that game and keeps it the same. The Good: Prices are low (lowest actually), convenient location, plenty of parking, final product was regarded as "good" by my physician. The staff is very nice and they do their best to help everyone that walks in. Coffee and water is available in the lobby along with a TV to help pass the time while waiting. The Bad: Mostly new staff (still being trained), their website is beyond dated, and sometimes they are so busy that calls go to voicemail. Also, prepare to wait! They do what they can but it's inherent in low-cost operations. Bottom line, these guys have been around for over 15-years for a reason, prices and quality are where they stand out and deliver the goods. If you're the type of person that needs marble floors with patchouli incense burning in the air and Enya music playing in the background- keep walking! This is a "No Frills" outfit that is optimized to get you in & out quickly and economically. Final Tip: If your imaging requires contrast- Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate! Makes finding your vein much easier. Drink tons of water!"
