He earned his Medical Degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Dobhan's extensive training includes an internal medicine internship at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, followed by a residency in Internal Medicine and a Gastroenterology fellowship at the Naval Medical Center San Diego. His specialized expertise is further enhanced by six months of advanced training in ERCP at the University of California, San Diego.
With a rich background in military service, Dr. Dobhan is skilled in Combat Casualty Care and Flight Surgery. In recognition of his contributions to the field, he was elected to Fellowship in The American College of Physicians (A.C.P.) in 2005. Before establishing his private practice in Pensacola in August 2015, Dr. Dobhan led the Division of Gastroenterology at the Naval Hospital in Pensacola from September 2005 to August 2015.
