"This ER is by far the worst ever. I have never in my life had this level of care. Very disappointed! I was there last night with disabilities breathing sever abdominal pain. I am high risk pregnancy. I was there for 5 hours before I even got check for vital signs and the fact there was very little ppl in the ER. Staff are very very rude. Even the security lady out in the parking was very rude. This place is horrible. Something needs to be done."
"Denise my main nurse was absolutely fantastic as was the other three nurses that worked on me. Dr. Labron was very informative and did a great job on my surgery. We so appreciate all that we were involved in my surgery yesterday. Thank you, Frank Schindler. PS I took this photo of myself just before I went into surgery."
"Worse experience ever! Will not return. I went to the ER on 8/9. The triage nurse did not ask me my medical history only if I was pregant and how long I felt bad. She took my vitals and sent me out to wait. I Waited 4 hours to be put into a room. The nurse spent 10 minutes taking blood, vitals and urine. The PA comes in presses on me and says he is waiting for lab work and leaves. I never see the nurse again. I spend over an hour ignored in the room. I download the app to see my own blood work. I press the button after about 1 hour and 15 minutes NO ONE CAME. Finally I walk out into the hall and flag down someone and ask for a PA or nurse to tell me what's going on. The same PA shows up says blood work looks good ( even though there are some not normal readings) he doesnt explain anything. Says he does not want to do a scan because it will expose me to radiation. He states doesn't know what else to do for me. He offers to do a sonogram. I am left alone again in the room. By this time I'm in tears. I was not treated as a person. My pain and discomfort was not a priority. I was treated as a number. I left without answers or help."
