"To be honest I have always been nervous about going to the doctor. When I walked in for my appointment I was greeted by three ladies that were so pleasant to speak with and very helpful. After, I met with Rachel Thompson and she was truly amazing. For once I found a doctor that listened to me and seemed to really care about trying to get down to the bottom of my sickness. There was no rushing and she answered all of my questions. Last but not least Krystal at check out went above and beyond on trying to explain everything to me about my upcoming procedures. She was very patient and took time out call me right after I left for a cancellation to book my appointment closer in date. It definitely made a difference on my outlook on going to doctor appointments from here on out at Gastro. Wish I could get this experience everywhere else. Thank you guys for all your help!"
