"Several different doctors to choose from. Multiple offices that appointments can be scheduled at. They also have satellite locations in order to provide convenience for all of their patients. All of the doctors are very experienced friendly and have great bedside manner. Their doctors are extremely compassionate as is all of their staff members. "10/17/2023.This morning I have tried to call and talk to someone to let them know that I am not going to make my appointment because I have an upset stomach and diarrhea. No human seems to be available. So I've left six voicemails in the span of two hours. This used to be one of the best offices to be able to talk to someone but things have obviously changed. Sad! Update, same day. I was made to feel like it's my fault for not knowing that it is one of the busiest days, Tuesday's, Geez!"

"I requested routine screening after some atherosclerosis was picked up on two different x-rays on two different locations internally, to rule out sources of foot and leg pain. Dr. Montgomery and every single one of his staff at the Sacred Heart Payne Building office were friendly and helpful for my appointment and u/s. I was given the results of the u/s immediately verbally and Dr. Montgomery discussed other health issues I had and provided very useful advice. He's very knowledgeable and approachable. Billing was straight forward and this practice worked well with my insurance."
