"I've been a patient of Dr Bahari for the last 2 years since I've moved to Pensacola up until recently well actually when his nephew left his office as his front end staff employee Dr bahari's office has gone down tremendously my last visit I had asked for my prescription to be pre-approved so that I wouldn't have any problems getting it filled the medication was never pre-approved after several attempts of trying to call into the office to get my prescription pre-approved so that it could be filled I got no phone call back from Front End staff letting me know whether or not Dr bihari had finished the pre-approval so I decided to go up to the office and see if I can get my prescription pre-authorized in person after talking with the doctor bihari and going back and forth for a little bit he stated to me that his job was not clerical and he does not get paid to do a for prescriptions and that he wasn't going to stop his schedule he also let me know that Fridays was the day that he works on that type of stuff needless to say I waited two Fridays and in mine was never called in or pre-authorized as I am very disappointed with Dr bahari's response to my medical needs not only that his office is never really clean its full and clustered with papers everywhere really could use a deep cleaning in that entire office."

"Rude employee, gossips, you can hear very well through the walls. Surely not HIPPA compliant. He laughed after we asked how much longer it would be. We had already waited over 2 hours past our scheduled appointment time before finally asking!!!"

"Very good healthcare provider. Keep in mind there not many Endocrinologists in the Pensacola area so Dr. Behari is very busy. Very busy! But he is an extremely good Physician who truly cares."

"During my initial appointment, I waited in the exam room for 50 minutes while Dr. Behari "had a quick snack". Once he finally did finish his meal, I remained in the office for an hour and 45 minutes while he first insulted my appearance and then over explained the endocrine system...enough for me to likely pass a medical final....only to leave the office with more knowledge of the thyroid in general rather than what was actually specifically wrong with me. He told me to send him a message through the patient portal when my blood results were in and he would review them. That was 1.5 months ago and I still haven't heard anything from him. I've called the office 6 times, left 2 voicemails and have not received a return call. The exam room is small, cramped and very cluttered. With something as sensitive as life altering health issues, you wish the patients and their time would be considered more important than it is."

"This is only our second time to see this Doctor. Each time, there has been a 45+ minute wait past our appointment time. This is a complete disregard and lack of respect for our very own time. What would happen if a patient was 10 minutes late? We would expect for your staff to reschedule. So, what happens when patients are made to wait? Why give appointments if your office will not adhere to the appointment? Only 3 patients in front of us and a couple of drug reps coming out of the office. Patients had to reschedule their appointment so they wouldn't miss other medical appointments. The reschedule was 2 weeks out to be seen. Very small waiting room with 7 chairs packs closely together. Find another specialist within your network if you can. Doctor Behari was not worth the wait and the experience was very disappointing."
