"Been coming to this place since they opened and bought a lot of their big value products. Yesterday I bought the bed cover for my Ford F150. Bought it because according to the description it would fit my truck. Come to find out it didn’t fit my truck. It’s made for a different style bed F150. Tried to return it today and was not able to I even asked to trade for store credit and was told I couldn’t do that. Sad to say that I do not plan on shopping at any of the Sheffield locations anymore"

"I normally shop at the Humble location but came out here hoping for a good deal on stove top/ oven appliances and left with a great deal as always. The customer service was great and Wendy the manager did a fantastic job getting me setup for a quick purchase. I'll definitely be back to buy us our refrigerator as they have some really cool ones with touch screens for a very good price! Thanks again!"
