As a 24-hour, non-staffed facility, we are dedicated to providing a crowd-free environment, ensuring that you can focus on achieving your fitness goals without distractions.
Exclusive Access and Flexible Passes
To maintain our serene atmosphere, we offer weekly, monthly, and annual passes with a minimum commitment of one week. Please note that we do not offer daily passes, allowing us to preserve the quality of your experience. Our "SIGN UP TIMES" are available every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday from 9 AM to 10 AM. During these designated times, you can stop by in person to purchase a pass and receive your entry code.
Visitor and Membership Benefits
Our visitor rates are designed for continuous use, providing flexibility without the commitment of a membership. However, our Annual Membership offers significant savings compared to visitor rates. This plan is especially popular among frequent visitors and those with second homes on the Key, as it costs less than purchasing seven one-week visitor passes or a three-month visitor pass.

Note: I have a membership at a national chain which I could have utilized in Sarasota right off the island, but this private gym in the best location, was well worth the $. I would give it 10 stars if I could. I'll be back!"
