"Although I’m extremely satisfied with health care from Dr Malone the office staff and particularly Cathrine and The billing Manger Mr James Langer are extremely rude and Absolutely not acceptable for a family Practice I was a patient for about 1 1/2 years and have never been treated with such disrespect I had an outstanding $20 copayment that was going to be paid with my next appointment had called and discussed with front desk she had assured me it was perfectly reasonable it was only $20! I got a call a week before my appointment that because I didn’t pay the $20 I was deactivated as a patient ! Then when I explained why and that I had called and asked if I could pay at my next upcoming appointment They didn’t want to hear that And proceeded to call me SWEETHEART! Unreal in this day of healthcare issues we as patients shouldn’t have to be subjected to such nonsense To loss a patient over a $20 copayment is outrageous Beware of the practice BTW I never got asked at time of service to pay a copayment and After this happened I called Medicare they informed me I in fact DO NOT have copays for primary care! So Something is going on with Insurance fraud possibly !"
