"I need to share what happened to me at Trinity Hospital from the 23rd of June 2024, 10:48pm because it was truly one of the most traumatizing experiences of my life. After six weeks of relentless pain and severe swelling in my ankle and what felt like a broken and cracked hip, I finally decided to go to the emergency room. This was no easy decision; I have severe anxiety, depression, PTSD, and multiple chronic illnesses. Arriving at the hospital was overwhelming. I was already anxious and in tears, and I even vomited before entering the building. Triage did not even take my temperature. But what happened next made everything so much worse. Nurse Practitioner Mike, who was assigned to my case, showed a complete lack of empathy and professionalism from the start. He didn’t ask about my pain levels or try to understand my situation at all. Did he inquire about my medical history? No. I was concerned when they didn't start a central line nor ask for a urine sample. It seemed routine considering how many times I had been there before. Without gathering any information, he suggested X-rays as he was walking out. I stopped him and asked what about my pain? When he suggested Percocet for pain relief, I told him I couldn’t take it but he didn't even bother asking why. His response was dismissive; he only offered Aleve, despite me explaining that I had already been taking Tylenol and ibuprofen without any relief. His failure to listen or understand my medical history was infuriating and hurtful. I requested via Nurse Prachi not to see Mike again because he made me feel so uncomfortable. However, despite being assured he wouldn’t return, he came back into the room and slammed the door in my face, when I became triggered and informed him I did not want to be treated by him. I thought Nurse Prachi would have relayed this but this just shows Trinity's lack of communication with their team. I also asked if I could speak with a supervisor, to which Prachi said she would go get one to talk to but no supervisor came. This was deeply triggering for my PTSD. Mike's behavior was not only unprofessional but also completely inhumane. The worst part was during the physical examination. Mike was excessively rough, squeezing my injured and swollen ankle so hard that his forearm muscles were visibly flexing as I screamed in pain for what felt like an eternity. He ignored my pleas to stop and continued to be dismissive, sarcastic, and impatient throughout the interaction. His behavior culminated in him losing his temper, slamming the door, and becoming confrontational. Despite my cries for help and clear distress, I was eventually discharged without any proper evaluation or treatment for my potentially broken hip and ankle. Security was called, and I was forcibly removed from the hospital. The aggressive and hostile treatment I received was shocking and completely unwarranted, especially from someone in the medical profession. I urged him to check my chart to which he said "I don't care..." Is this what medical professionals are like these days? Non-caring? Why did you sign up for the job then? This experience left me feeling utterly neglected, dehumanized, and traumatized. The American medical system failed me, and Trinity Hospital failed me. Nurse Practitioner Mike’s behavior was not only unprofessional but also dangerous and harmful. I don’t understand how someone like him can be allowed to continue practicing. This experience has left a lasting scar, and I am still trying to process the trauma of being treated so inhumanely when I was at my most vulnerable. Do not go here. They do not care about you, much less if you speak up for yourself. HCA OWNER - do NOT GIVE ME your automated "thanks for your feedback" response. We all know you are never going to change. Take accountability for all the lives you ruin. I know you only care about the money and legal aspect of things. Such is the life of a business. But we are human beings you're dealing with. If you do not care, do not open a hospital. We will be pursuing legal action."

"The doctor and tech were great! I had to get an ultrasound with saline solution and it was quick and easy. The doctor and tech educated me about the procedure and explained exactly what they were doing while doing the procedure. They were awesome."

"This is the worst ER I have ever been to. Visited with chest pain and a rupturing ovarian cyst. My provider asked me if I ever "stopped to think" that my chest pain might be my fibromyalgia and not a heart attack. I never said I thought I was having a heart attack. Two weeks later, re presented with the same symptoms. I have been medically gaslit each time I've visited this hospital, with no resolution. While I realize I have a chronic condition, it does cause emergent situations that should not be ignored or minimized"

"After a good initial appointment, I’ve had nothing short of an awful experience with this office. From having my appointment moved 3 times same day. So a one month follow up has rolled into a 4 month follow up. The office always calls right before they go on lunch and the answering service is nice but they can’t help me. They are consistently late coming back from lunch and as someone who has a limited lunch break I find this extremely frustrating. I take time off work to make these appointments and their disregard for my time is unacceptable."

"Horrible emergency room. My poor grandma has been waiting for 26 hrs to be admitted and is still waiting. This is the worst hospital ever 3/11/24 UPDATE so after waiting 35 hours for my 87 year old grandmother to get a room. (we were told we were waiting for a floor where the nurse ratio was 1 nurse for 4 patients and when we got there the ratio was 1 nurse for 12 patients.) The nurses were talking very loudly about my grandmother IN THE HALL WAY (I know because they kept saying her room number) multiple times. The doctors told us they suspected a bleed so we put her through prep TWICE and they found a mass. (all by 2/29/24). She seemed to get better and they told her she would be discharged and then took a turn for the worse. The doctors then washed their hands and said sorry nothing we are WILLING to do so we will provide hospice. My grandma unfortunately passed on 3/8 :( . Today my grandmothers PCP finally reached out, NOT THE HOSPITAL , and notified us that the doctor did not collect enough sample to confirm what the mass was. WHAT??????? YOUR JOB WAS TO COLLECT ENOUGH TO SEE WHAT IT WAS!!! The "owner" gave me a number to call which I have twice and still no phone call back. I called another number and left another message. If I don't get a call back I will be calling local news agency's and reporting them to the Agency for Health Care Administration AND the department of health. IF ANYONE WANTS TO JOIN ME PLEASE FIND ME ON FB LETS MAKE A CHANGE!!!!!"
