Truth:

"Edit: i saw Kelsey in June when i was pregnant. She literally told me she doesn't know how to deal w/ pregnant patients because she's never dealt w/ them. Still, i was trying to give this girl a shot. Then i find out today that she's done nothing but waste my time. In June she said she was going to get me a letter for disability. It's August & i reached out to see where it was at. Come to find out they told me they can't apply for disability for me (which is nowhere near what i even asked for) & they won't write the letter. I have to have this letter to be approved for disability. So you've now wasted months of my precious time when all u had to do was reach back out & tell me i had to go to other doctors for the letters. I won't be returning. Between the inexperience & wasting my time on an important matter, & never being able to get through to the office to reschedule appointments, absolutely not. I tried to cancel my appointment & waited 40min on the phone, listening to nothing but ringing, & never got through. So this is my message to the office: i tried to cancel & i better not be penalized for this. Work on phone service please."
