This is my second visit with him, but I feel we have already built a great patient/provider relationship, which I hope will last for years! Today my visit was for Acupuncture for Osteoarthritis pain. He explained thoroughly the process, putting me more at ease. Although I had already heard from other patients of his about the procedure, I wasn’t very apprehensive going in, knowing I was in trusted hands. "He misdiagnosed my wife on a few different occasions, sent her to the ER 3 TIMES saying she had an infection that was turning septic, he misdiagnosed her by basically reading her labs, CT, other imaging without seeing her. The ER costs 500 a pop and a few pops destroyed her finances up for no reason whatsoever. Every time she was sent to the ER thinking she was horribly sick. His MD Dr Theil was almost as bad as Ben is. BE CAREFUL,IF YOU'RE DIAGNOSED WITH ANYTHING THAT COULD BE SERIOUS SEEK A SECOND OPINION!! IT MIGHT COST A FEW MORE DOLLARS, BUT AT LEAST YOU'LL HAVE PEACE OF MIND WITHOUT THE WORRIES OF EXPERIENCING ANXIETY AND PANIC SITUATIONS."
