"I had talked to four doctors before talking to Dr. Joumana via teladoc. The previous doctors had put me on two different antibiotics, and never really considered the possibility of a kidney stone as the source of the problem. Dr. Joumana was very patient, listened to me, and talked everything through with me. Right away she thought of the possibility that I had a kidney stone - sure enough, 5 hours later, a kidney stone appeared and I am now feeling 100% better. She's very intelligent and truly seemed to care - thank you."

"Dr. Sarkhoche is the nicest doctor I've ever been to. She listens to your concerns, is very patient, and cares about her patients. Me, my husband, and mother all go to her. The office staff is always very friendly too."

"Dr. Sarkhoche is the best!!! I have been going to her for years and and referred many of my friends to her. She always treat people with respect and spends all the time in the world with them! She's very honest, comforting, and on top of things. I wouldn't trust my primary health care to anyone else."

"I've only meet this doctor twice and I've been to her office over 10 times. She is very rude and not easy to talk to. My copay is $40 dollars for me to only see her for 5 minutes and it's the same with her nurse practitioner. The only person that is nice in the whole build is the receptionist. One time the place me in a dirty room where the ceiling was leaking water all over the floor and the table had a used paper on it from where a pap smear was done. That was my last time returning there was suppose to return for a follow-up in a month, but clear after that horrible experience I want be back. If you chose to use this practice Please do it with caution."

". I was rudely screamed at by both the receptionist and the office manager for dropping off paperwork my advocate asked me to get the doctor to fill out for disability. The receptionist demanded to know why I was filing for disability with patients sitting in the waiting room (clearly violating my client/patient confidentiality). The Office Manager loudly said that the Nurse Practioner would not fill out any paperwork and if they decided to I would be charged for it! The paperwork was just documenting my symptoms! I then received a certified letter terminating me as a patient. I sent a certified letter back demanding my money I spent on my visit back but they refused to sign to read it, They were suppose to order the tests I needed done to determine my illness. They never returned ANY CALLS!!! It took me a month to get an appointment with them and another month with my new doctor. By the time I had tests to determine I had rheumatoid arthritis it had severely affected joints in my wrists, fingers, knees, feet, and ankles!!!"
