"For over a year now this doctors office takes over a month to get any prescription filled. I have finally had enough and will be switching doctors. Reading her reviews you either love her or hate her. I have no issue with the doctor and would give her a 5 star review. Her staff I give less than the lowest. So I guess the only problem with the doctor is that she defends her staff incompetence. Hopefully I will sea you some frustration."

"Having seen many doctors, across four states, over the past 50+ years, my experience with Dr. Pruse and her condescending office staff was by far the WORST experience I’ve had with medical “professionals”. I would give this office zero or negative stars if I could. Unless you want medical personnel that just want you for your insurance, treat you with disdain, and straight up LIE to you, I suggest you avoid this office. The lack of integrity was astounding. I had to quickly find a different doctor (NOT affiliated with Baptist Medical Group), who had my updated prescription filled and in my hands the same day – night and day difference between the two experiences. There is no excuse for the way Pruse and her office staff behaved."

"Referred by a close friend to Dr. Tammy Pruse. Completed extensive intake paperwork, appointment scheduled, arrived 20 minutes early, only to be told by the receptionist (yes, the receptionist) that Dr. Pruse would not see me and that she couldn't tell me the reason. When I asked to see Dr. Pruse I was told she was with a patient and could not be disturbed. In shock at this immediate situation I left shaking my head, UNBELIEVABLE! And, not surprisingly, no follow up to the whole incident. I would have given this Dr. Pruse, and her staff, a negative rating lower than one star, if it were available. I have NEVER had this happen before in my life."
