"Very unreliable. This loctician canceled on me for my first appointment and then turned around and didn’t show up for my rescheduled appt. I sat and waited in the shop for 20 minutes and messaged her only to find out that she “forgot” to message me to cancel again. Keep in mind, I live over an hour away. I wasted time, money and gas. The professionalism she portrays on social media is not what I personally experienced in real life."
