"We needed a small locker for a couple months during tenting for termites. The staff was very efficient and the price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend."

"This review is as much for corporate as for this specific location. I decided to vacate my unit due to the fact that the monthly cost rose very quickly to OVER DOUBLE WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR. I tried 3 times to go in and either negotiate or end my contract, but there is almost never anyone there to talk to. Over the phone I was given instructions to email my request to leave, and did that. Now with my unit empty I am being asked still to pay for the empty storage unit past our agreement because their phone employees made a mistake. Unless money is no object to you, avoid this place"

"Have been waiting for a refund since 6/30/2024, customer service has been contacted numerous times but no call back. Now having to go to the back to dispute the charge Customer services seems to only concerned with there surveys They all say that a refund is no problem but yet here we are, still waiting for a call or a return"
