"Had to rent a U-Haul pick up truck last minute and the person I spoke with and picked it up from was super nice and accommodating to help me rent it. However, this morning when I got the receipt, the person I spoke with was very rude and angry, even when spoken to in a polite manner -it left a bad taste. Overall, personnel may be hit or miss but this location is very convenient and the other representative was kind and helpful."
"I used this storage facility a few years back. I gave a month notice before leaving unit. Lady at the desk never put it in system they charged a extra month I disputed it and they put it on my credit. These corporate storage facilities have taken over storage in the Collier area. My reason for leaving was large python found in building after hurricane. Save yourself the trouble and stay clear of this facility. They will try to get extra money at the end and if you don't pay they will screw with your credit for a extra $123.00. I'm 4th generation local to Naples FL. Businesses like this have come in and helped ruin what once was the best place to live in the country."
"The interior of the vehicle was very dirty. The fuel was below half a tank so if my move was farther than just a quick local move I would have had to fuel first. The good thing was this place had a truck in my size available. The location of the pick-up was convenient and close to residential communities. Chris was very pleasant to work with."
"We needed boxes and packing supplies and stopped at this UHaul location. Wow!!! What a good choice. I was unable to do much as I am scheduled for back surgery in a couple weeks. my wife made arrangements and Chris went cheerfully out of his way to get the stuff into our car...even though I backed into his truck!"
