"The AC acted up in my 2020 Cayenne S and was very upsetting considering it’s only at 48k miles. I was told it needed a new evaporator and the overall amount of repairs mainly due to high labor hours was very high. I expressed my disappointment and my expectations of owning a great brand like Porsche regarding reliability. Kevin Anderson with service department at Naples Porsche was very understanding and made me feel good from the beginning. He contacted Porsche of USA and although the car had come out of warranty by a few months was still able to get them to cover most of the cost. His communication and follow through was exceptional and he was able to make it right and made me feel good about owning a brand like Porsche that stands behind their product and makes it right when others would have just likely considered it out of warranty and wished me luck. I owned BMWs for 25 years and new with owning Porsche (I also bought a new cayman GT4 at Naples Porsche) .
