"We ordered 24 blankets, we only received 8 which wouldn’t have been as big of an issue…IF SOMEONE HAD INFORMED US, which they DID NOT. They did end up taking off the extra charges for the non-existing blankets but we were counting on those and were left to acquire these on our own from another company (who charged us much more but at least they were quality blankets). Rushed us through the check in procedures so we missed some issues. We probably won’t use them again."

"I had to setup my account to do a review for this and it is well warranted. Could not believe the service I received from the owner, wish I could give 10 stars. It was first thing in the morning and she was all by herself not by choice (pandemic labor issues). I had a booking issue online through Penske, no fault of the owner, and she handled it with the utmost importance and it was resolved very quickly. If you need a truck, big or small, local or long distance, this is the place you want to go. She also has a location in Ft. Myers that her daughter runs and between the two of them over the phone with eachother they handled a situation quickly that would have otherwise been disastrous for me. I also received an almost brand new truck and trailer for my out of state move and feel very confident it will get me there versus competitors. She is extremely informative and took her time to explain things I had not thought of. A true service professional that went above and beyond!"

"Very nice when I picked up the truck. I had told her I needed a copy of the bill when I dropped it off because Penske dealers had been over charging our drivers for extra days and dispatch wanted us to make sure we checked the trucks in with a person instead of after hours drop off. When I dropped the truck off she checked it said everything was ok but couldn't give me a copy of the bill because her computer was uploading or downloading. I gave her my email address so she could send it to me. No email from her. I called her this morning all she said was I sent it to you check your spam. Checked the spam file, no email. Very disappointed."
