"Lovely lady who handled my reservation at the Naples Airport Avis was exceptional. Super kind, polite and very helpful. Pickup took 10 mins tops. Car was a Malibu that got solid gas mileage and drove well enough. Windshield wipers could have been better but that's nitpicking. The drive from Naples - Atlanta was as enjoyable as it could be. Drop off at the Atlanta airport was insanely quick and easy, just follow the signs. No real gripes. It was competitively priced with fast CS. Would certainly recommend based on this experience."

His customer service, courtesy, positivity and overall attitude and energy was amazing. "Not sure how they can stay in business. 90min wait to get a car?? My sister rented with Sixt. (We were in the same flight) and got to Naples before I got the car keys. No more suv left. They gave me a dirty car instead. They know how many car reservations they have. Why dont they staff their counters accordingly?"
