"What a fun experience this was! This is thr way to see Naples. & this is the company to use! They came through for us & even gave us some great hot spots to hit. This gentleman, Woody, knew his stuff, super helpful & patient w us out of towers. We are planning to come back tonthe area & will certainly use Woody & his bugz again. "My husband surprised me with the golf cart rental for 3 days which he paid $500!!! For. We waited the entire first day for them to drop it off. Total wasted day! The guy told my husband these carts were safe and street legal on any street 45mph and under. Don’t. Get on a 45 mph road on one of these carts. It’s amazing we didn’t get killed. Because when you pushed the accelerator it wouldn’t GO! It was also loud and janky and so embarrassing riding in, I think every car in Naples honked at us. He never returned my call to complain. This guy doesn’t care about you. Your vacation, celebration, or your life! Do your loved ones & yourself a favor and go with a different company. We learned later they have a horrible reputation in town and I can see why."

"I knew this would be a disaster from the moment I spoke to Woody. Yet I decided to give him a chance. First of all, don't expect anyone to answer your call. They do, however, return your call from a different number. Emails are never responded to. I booked for a 24-hour rental, and Woody said the golf cart would be delivered by 12 pm. Obviously, that didn't happen. After calling several times on both numbers and texting, he finally answered. His response is "I'm out of town, give me 30 minutes to call you back". At this point, the golf cart was already an hour late ON MOTHER'S DAY! What a disgrace of a business. He didn't even try to make things right. Was not apologetic at all. Didn't even care. How is this guy still in business? Read all the reviews carefully. I don't know how he even has any positive reviews. Look, elsewhere! I am still waiting on my refund for no service. Also, you book everything over the phone. You do not get any confirmation via text or email. They keep all your information, and you have nothing to prove that you reserved anything, besides a charge on your credit card."

"Zero stars. Never delivered the cart. Didnt answer calls or return messages. Completely ghosted. Ruined a celebration waiting around for delivery. Dont let them ruin yours. Zero pride in customer satisfaction. Go with another company."
