"I reserved a truck well in advance. The owner Jorge was annoyed to see me show up at the scheduled time of 0700 to pick up my truck. He did not take the time to show me the inside of the truck and tell me that in fact the USB receptacle had been removed or broke and not replaced. There was an empty hole where the USB should have been.. I did not realize that until I got the truck home and loaded and ready to go. Luckily there was a plug outlet. However without USB I could not link my phone with the radio. Other than that the truck was fine and the phone agents I talked to were top notch professionals."
