"What great service! I'm so mad at myself I don't remember the manager's name but he is absolutely amazing and fast. He gets it and he always strives to meet and exceed the customers need. Plus he answers the phone! I have to tell you that with rental car services out there, they are mostly horrible. But they hired the right people at this particular location."
"Worst location ever and will never go back. First and last time Budget rental customer. Told there were plenty of cars at this location and when we arrived there was literally one car that smelled disgusting and was a negative. We needed a smaller vehicle than the largest SUV (QX80) and the representative was so rude and unprofessional. Go elsewhere there has to be better service at HERTZ. Stuck with this boat that is too big for our underground parking garage."
"Had a complicated issue. Needed to change a long term rental that had been picked up at another location. Customer service phone center was completely unable to help. Nobody answered phones at local locations. I went to this location in person and David straightened everything out. Friendly and extremely helpful. Big problem is they only have one David. Of they had two they could answer the phones AND help customers who are physically present."

"I got my car per the reservation. Make sure you inspect your own car before you leave. I found a very fresh scratch down the side of my rental before I left. I went back in and notified the employee so that they didn't think I did it. I got a soft "oh yeah...I forgot to tell you... You're bringing it back here right? Don't worry about it...""
