"Been here a few times to rent a truck. They overcharged me on two different occasions. This past time when I pointed out the error, the employee handling my reservation said he'd correct it and I'd see the refund on my card. That didn't happen all day, so when I returned the truck I told him it still needed to be fixed. He said again he would correct it but he never did. I was never refunded. I emailed Uhaul customer service and no help from them either. The employees here are not honest. Highly recommend going elsewhere if you have another location you can use."
