"Called them and scheduled appointment for a repair. Someone was supposed to be there at 10 AM. I called at 11 and he said he was on the way, called again at 12:30 and same story. Waited until 2 PM and still no show. Very unprofessional. If they couldn't keep the appointment it would have been better to let me know from the start rather than have me wait for no reason."
