"Excellent service. We had a clogged sink drain in the wee hours. Tried the plunger relentlessly without success. Couldn’t wait until the next day. Didn’t think anyone would come at this hour. Called this company. Maurice came in about 20 minutes. Very professional and pleasant gentleman. Fixed the problem. Even cleaned up the sink area. Price was certainly reasonable for the emergency call at this late hour. I would definitely call them again if needed."

"Worst experience ever, a plumber they sent destroyed our toilet, tiles, etc. They left our entire basement in sewage water, and threatened us while holding a power tool when we refused to pay because they were not providing a receipt/contract for the service (since it seemed the plumber was not planning to complete the services he promised (which he ultimately didn't) ). We called the police but we paid anyway's not knowing what this random plumber with a power saw would do to us or the house if we didn't. Eventually the plumber left with his van in a hurry, while one of us was still holding the door to see whether this person was going to finish the job and give a proof of service (which he didn't), hurting one of us in the process. I beg you not to go to this company. We've dealt with many plumbers and this company/plumber by far is the worst and unsafe."

"The tech was professional and knowledgeable. The plumber arrived and went straight to work all along while informing me on care and preventative measures regarding my drain and sewer. It was truly appreciated as I had 3 canceled service appointments. Two thumbs up."

"Had an issue with the bathroom . Called Chris and with in an hour Chris came and accessed the situation. Turns out need a new toilet. And with in 2 hours Chris picked up the toilet and installed it . Professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Will use him again."
