"I got locked out of my apt at 11PM. Called then out of desperation and within 30min Osward came to my rescue. Very trustworthy and he explained the company procedure checking my ID and everything. Very professional and I'm sorry for calling so late!"

"Not happy with the service. When I initially contracted with their office for the job they said they would work to my time. However, on the day of the job itself, they did not keep up the agreed appointment at 6pm and instead turned up at 9pm! They did not even bother calling to say they were running late and everytime I called to follow up they kept reassuring me they were coming within the next half hour till I gave up the chase. What's worse is when the building super turned them away at 9pm (because it was after hours) they proceeded to get cute with him, and in fact even said that it was MY FAULT for not informing them about building hours! After ALL that their only concern was that they had paid their supplier upfront for a lock that might not be allowed to be installed that night, which might leave them short, and therefore "might I consider paying them a deposit for a job that clearly wasn't going to be done that night". They also sold a pack of lies along the way, such as they were late because they ran out of the lock that was to be installed, telling the super I had called them for an emergency which I hadn't and that they would bring someone else to complete the job the next morning. Terribly unprofessional!"
