"Great library staff - helpful finding business books and explaining how inter-library requests work. I also appreciate the book reading recommendations. Building is beautiful, however it can be noisy (due to the beautiful design) so bring noise-cancelling ear buds or headset."

"Beautiful but not functional. Had one designated “quiet room” that had 0 insulation from noise right outside the box. Noise carries very easily despite going up higher to escape it. Not to mention the outside patio is blocked off. Not sure why so much money was spent on this that renders it largely unusable."

"Had a horrible encounter at this location. It is not kid friendly at all, especially the staff. As an aunt of an autistic niece, I was very taken back by the staff and how rude they were towards myself, niece and others. I do understand that it is a library and there is a certain noise level to be kept. But why would you have a section for adults to study where children have pass through. Maybe they need to re-evaluate the layout and make a few adjustments. Such as putting an adult study section on a higher floor so children would not interrupt and can also be themselves. Adults expect children to regulate their emotions and yet they don’t regulate theirs. Highly disappointed as my niece loves to read and taught this would be a nice way to spend some time together on her spring break as she regularly visits this same location with her school that’s also in the area and for kids on the spectrum. We need to do better in providing a space for kids to learn and also be able to be themselves."

"One of the most beautiful and inspiring public libraries, inside and out! It gives you a special experience as you walk though. Plenty of nice spots to settle down and read. I spent three hours there yesterday until its close time, and still did not want to leave! You have to experience it to know it’s charming nature!"

"Front desk staff wasn’t friendly and spoke very loud. The outside and inside design was very beautiful with the city view and water front. They definitely have a good collection of books, but as a library, it was very noisy inside. You can heard everything and all the conversation from the visitors and the staff. Other than the front desk staff, other staff on the second floor and above were very kind and nice. Will try to stop by another time with a better weather and I’m gonna read some books here!"
