"Great for pilates beginners! The instructors are all very nice and good at teaching. They go over every move in detail and frequently help you fix posture so that you will be able to use the body areas/muscles you are supposed to be using for each workout routine. The facilities and equipments are also very clean."

"I have been attending classes here for few years now (on and off depending on my seasonal mood) but this place is always my to go place whenever I want to be more healthy and fit. As a person who hates lifting weights, pilates class offers right amount of core training and muscle toning. Flying yoga is also a good one to strengthen arm muscles and to detox. All instructors here are very nice and informative. They take your health as a priority and instruct you to do different routine if there is any body problems. Highly recommend!"
