While i was waiting on line, i witnessed Julie being extremely condescending and RUDE towards an elderly lady whom didn’t know english. Her behavior displayed racist & ageist behavior which was disappointing as she is Asian herself. She practically yelled at the customer while the store manager stood there without reprimanding her. When it was my turn, Julie deliberately walked away to speak negatively about the elderly woman to the manager(who was standing next to her) Appalled at her working in customer service while not having patience with those who don’t speak English fluently."
