"Received bad customer service from this one girl employee (dark skinned with long black hair & glasses ). I wasn’t too sure of my size & when I told her she caught a nasty attitude & spoke to the mic saying “oh wait don’t get the shoes yet bc she don’t know her sizes”. Like whats the problem with trying on 2-3 different shoe sizes to figure out my correct shoe size. She had 0 work ETHIC, seemed very miserable. However, the other girl employee that brought my shoes out was way better, thanks to her for being helpful! If you don’t like your job, LEAVE."

"The staff is ratchet all of them are rude nasty attitude don’t like to help I will never go to a footlocker next I just go to a non chain store , my 4y old was hurting from his sneakers walking so I went to buy new sneakers and while trying and putting his new sneakers on the manager thought I was going to steal and made me take his sneakers off his feet so I can pay first and I said I am paying here is the box scan it and I pay whatever it is she said no first take them off than pay but in a rude manner and I ask are you afraid I am going to run away her respond was you never know and I asked the other girl she said it’s the policy I understand the policy but no need to be rude or treat me like i am trying to run away which I never took anything in my entire life from anyone especially putting my 4y old in danger."
"Was not greeted nor was I offered any help. When I did ask for help was told they didn’t have something without checking. I’m not a dummy, I know people return shoes all the time so I just wanted to know if they had them . There’s was also rude ppl in the store"
"This place is great; it has all kinds of shoes your kids would love for excellent and affordable prices. If you have kids, this should for sure be your go-to store to visit when walking around. My favorite part is the customer service. The employees and manager always welcomed me and helped me right away with finding sizes or with whatever questions I might have had, especially Raelynn; she is fantastic and seems to enjoy what she does. She’s always very attentive and provides excellent customer service by making me feel comfortable with the items I look into purchasing—definitely a true sneakerhead."
