"I been to a lot of Footlockers but this one is one of the best ones. The staff are friendly & help you out anyway they can, the store is clean & they have a lot of amazing shoes as well as some clothes. They had the shoes I was looking for at a reasonable price & they had a set of Yankee & Laker clothes which were pretty awesome!! Overall I would definitely recommend this place if your looking for good shoes & some good clothes."
"Employee told me they close at 8pm... i left and returned at 7:50pm and doors were locked... the same employee from a distanced mouthed the word "closed". Wonderful business strategy. I would have bought something but now I'll go elsewhere for wasting my time. Mediocre selection anyway, mainly in styles that's likely "trending". Otherwise organized and mainly neat."
"I was offered to get socks to try new sneakers. I opened a pair and placed the label on the side. After walking around and looking for shoes my label went missing. I then asked them to provide me with the price for all the socks and apparently that exact set was the last one in the store so they were not sure about the price. The cashier got another completely different pair of socks and was trying to convince me that the price and the socks I have are the same and that was not true. I told them that I will pay only for the item I’ve opened. So at last the manager came and found exactly the same I had on-hand and I was able to pay for the right one.. Also, they tried to force me to give my email lying that they “can’t print the receipt” at the moment. But after all the back and forth with the socks they PRINTED IT! So why did you ask me to provide you with my email? If I asked about printed receipt? Very rude and unprofessional."
