"I’ve worked service before, so I understand it’s frustrating for people to come in right before close, but when you’re handling something as important as medication, you should adhere to the hours you have posted or clearly communicate to clients that the latest time for medication pick-up is at X:XX time. I went to pick-up a prescription I had been informed was already filled at 6:50pm – I was coming back from an appointment, and the doors were locked with another family outside. The cashier just gestured an X, as in no, to me when I first tried to walk-in, so I called at 6:53 to see if they could transfer the medication to a pharmacy that is open later. The women who picked up the phone said “we’re closed,” to which I pointed out that both their hours online and posted on the door said 7pm, and then she told me they always lock the doors at 6:45. If your doors and locked and you don’t allow people to make purchases or pick-up prescriptions after 6:45 – you close at 6:45, not 7. Again, I understand the concept of things like a end time for pick-up or kitchens closing before a restaurant does, but it needs to be clearly communicated, especially when it comes to something like medication."

"Called about a Schedule II medication and was told that "we dont fill those type of prescriptions" When asked what they mean by that, they repeated "Those kind of medications" which was such strange language to hear from a pharmacy. It does not give me confidence that they are running a pharmacy with equitable care/service"

"Hands down the best customer service. They deliver meds when needed, are always responsive, and very kind. I have moved twice and still keep them as my pharmacy no matter how far away I am!"

"This pharmacy is fraud!! I dont recommend nobody to go here! I had Gyn appointment directly across the street from them. So once im finish with my appointment I goes to this place and they tell me my Insurance is terminated. I literally had just left my Dr and wouldnt have been able to be seen if it was off. So the lying female that works in the front told me they ran my insurance twice. So I pay $30 for my meds call my insurance to see whats the problem. Come to find out they never ran my insurance but gave me a “paper reciept” where its saying my insurance is off! My insurance reimbursed me but those im reporting fraud on this store with the state and see how they like that! They need to be shutdown!!"

"I had a great experience with the people at Phamco drugs. They delivered my prescription when I was too sick to leave the apartment. The woman on the phone was nice and helpful. The man that delivered the medication was so sweet. I'm definitely going to use this place again."
